SALADITOS- Dehydrated Salted Apricots with CHILI and CHAMOY

The store next to my house recently started offering Tadeos line of treats. I love saladitos in general so I got a pack of the regular, as well as the chile limon. Instantly fell in love with both, but especially the chile limon. I went through several bags until the store was out of stock. Several weeks passed and the store hadn't received an inventory replenishment so went onto Tadeo's website and ordered 10 bags of the Chile limon, as well as several other item sku's. They got to my house rather quickly, just a few days, so I was super excited to open and dig in. What a let down. This batch of chile limon was lacking, seriously lacking. Specifically it was lacking the limon and salt. Super bland. I must say that I am a candy maker myself, meaning I produce candy gummies, chocolates, cereal bars, powdered drinks and several other items. I'm a chef by trade and I understand that there can be different variances from batch to batch, but it's imperative that there's some level of consistency. Often times when businesses are growing, with increased demand comes the evolution of processes to support the increased demand. Hopefully they figure this out, because I thought that I had found a new addiction. The current batch of chile limon I have are aiiiight, but the first batch I had were amazing.
